The Halo allows you to perform hundreds of functional training exercises for strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance for all levels of fitness.

Core-centric training
The Halo evolved from a concept known in physical rehabilitation as core stabilization.  This is the theory that our spinal muscles have various roles to keep us moving and free from injury.  Some of our muscles provide movement through use of long lever arms, while others are shorter muscles that function primarily to protect crucial spinal structures such as vertebrae, nerves, and discs.  The Halo was designed to work with a stability ball so that while working large mover muscles of the arms, legs, and spine, the small stabilizer muscles are conditioning to hold your body's foundation.  For example, consider the body as a chain of related events like several chain links.  Since you can only be as strong as the weakest link, and for many that is the center of the chain, known by many as the core, this foundation must be strengthened to achieve maximum performance and reduce risk of injury.

Several push-up configurations available
The Halo easily works as an wrist-friendly push-up handlebar apparatus to advance your strength and conditioning.  There are several configurations available depending on your level of strength.

          Flexibility

The stability ball has been around for decades to provide a soft contour for achieving body symmetry.  Many stretches could not be performed with a stability ball until the Halo came along.  The stretches that have required a wall corner to stabilize the ball could not be performed because the wall is in the way!  Now you can practice flexibility for your arms, legs, and spine in the middle of your living room or group exercise studio!
