The Twelve

For all those that don’t follow our social media accounts, The Twelve is the very first full integrated upper and lower body workout that has been made available to the public.  Why are we giving away a free workout?  It all began as a social media campaign during the Christmas season when the “12 DAYS” were revealed day by day.  Each was a piece of the entire sequence ranging from a brief warmup, core stability, hip mobility, upper body strength, and even inter-regional flexibility.  The workout is being released in individual video segments to instruct each exercise.  The entire workout will range for people from 15 minutes to 30 minutes.  This is what is referred to as a Level 3 workout in #halotraining so be prepared to work!  Here is the instagram account where you can find the instructional videos.
